At Barbells & Birdies, we coach adults who train twice per week in a semi-private setting — with real guidance and real community.

What Happens During Your Session?

Your 30-minute Blueprint Session is a conversation, not a sales pitch.

We’ll:

  • Talk through your goals

  • Review your training history

  • Identify what’s been frustrating

  • Outline a realistic 90-day plan

  • Recommend the best next step

If it’s a good fit, great.

If not, you’ll still leave with clarity.

Investment & Expectations

Most of our members train twice per week and invest around $250 per month in structured strength coaching.

We believe in being transparent about that up front.

We’ll walk through what makes sense for your goals and lifestyle, and you can decide if it feels like the right fit.
